Position: Med Tech - Memory Care - Beaverton ~ FT ~ NOC Shift
Morning Star Senior Living - 14475 Southwest Barrows Road - Responsibilities:
Administer, pour, pass, and document all routinely prescribed medications per physician orders;
Order meds from the pharmacy to ensure residents always have medications available;
Document medications in the resident's medical record after administration;
Take and record vital signs prior to administration of medications;
Assist with development and review of the resident's care plan in conjunction with other disciplines
