Using excellent customer service and communications skills, your primary duties in this role include:
- Acts as a working supervisor, providing superior leadership and excellent communication skills while demonstrating professional standards for staff to exemplify.
- Follows established nursing care standards of practice and clinic policy while supervising medical assistants and nurses.
- Coordinates patient care and functions as the primary liaison between patients, nursing staff, physicians, midlevel providers, and other clinical staff to provide excellent patient care.
- Builds strong department accountability and works with the Manager/Director to create a nimble, safe, and respectful environment.
- Performs general nursing duties for their specialty.
- Actively supports the Quality Improvement process in the clinic; advocate and coordinator for patient and staff safety.
- Assists with identifying and developing strategies to maximize physician efficiency.
- Other duties as assigned.
Hiring range, based on experience and credentials: $38.56 - $52.18 per hour.
Workdays:
This role will be located at our new Creekside Building in SW Beaverton at 11000 SW Stratus St, Beaverton, OR 97008, scheduled to open in Spring 2026. Typical hours are Monday-Friday (7:00 am-4:00 pm).
Qualifications that support success in this role are based on education, experience and values including:
- Minimum of one (1) year of healthcare management experience is required. Three (3) years + of healthcare management experience is strongly preferred. Specialty Care Cardiology experience is a plus! RN/LPN/CMAs are encouraged to apply!
- Current Oregon state licensure as a Registered Nurse is preferred.
- Current CPR/BLS within 60 days of hire. ACLS may be required by specialty.
- Prior Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience is strongly preferred. Epic experience is a plus!
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, work independently, and effectively multitask.
- Excellent attendance and work ethic.
- Positive attitude and desire to be a team player.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, physicians, and other team members.
- A commitment to patient-focused care, privacy, and safety.
