What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate closely with designers to translate creative concepts into actionable development plans, ensuring unified and fresh ideas are brought to fruition.
  • Integrate user feedback and insights into the product development process to drive continuous improvements and innovation.
  • Navigate a high‑pressure environment, adapting quickly to feedback and changes throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Develop and manage product timelines, ensuring projects meet tight deadlines and deliver high‑quality results.
What You’ll Bring (Must‑Haves)
  • 3+ years of experience in technical product development, specifically within the footwear industry.
  • Proven ability to take creative ideas from concept to product implementation while adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Experience in creating and managing product timelines as needed.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your product development experience.

  • Experience acting as a liaison with manufacturers and advocating for design intent.
  • A passion for the product category and an understanding of specific user needs.
  • Track record of managing product development through multiple iterations, including analyzing failures and implementing improvements for future products.
