Responsibilities:

• Lead special projects for footwear development with a focus on revamping past models.

• Apply athlete feedback effectively to enhance product performance and appeal.
• Navigate complex feedback and quickly adapt to change to ensure product excellence.

Required:

• Bachelor s degree in Product Development or Engineering.
• 3+ years of technical product development experience in footwear.
• Proven ability to manage tight timelines and deliver cost-effective product solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills with demonstrable experience in influencing and leading cross-functional teams.
