Summary
Conformal Coat is a multi-step process. The first step is to tape off or "mask" parts of the circuit board that you do not wanted sprayed with paint. That board is then sent to the next stage which you will use different epoxy's to bond parts of the wires and fascist so they are not able to move. Once the boards are prepared, they are sent to be coated "painted" with a clear coat with a spray gun.
Lastly they are sent to the cleanup and rework. You will be using an ultra violet light to unsure that the entire board is coated completely and evenly.
Duties
- Prepare circuit boards for the coating process
- Manually apply coating to circuit boards with a spray gun
- Taping small part of circuit boards according to blue prints
- Apply adhesives to circuit boards
- Use small hand tools such as tweezers
- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
- Effectively manipulate small and/or fragile components and tools
- Ability to use visual aids, complicated drawings
- Speak, Read, Write in English for workplace safety.
- Normal color vision
Multiple shifts - call for current availability!
Location:
Beaverton - most shifts are public transit accessible!
Pay: $17-$19/hr depending on experience
