, strong leadership skills, and a passion for developing people, we want to hear from you.
Lead daily one-on-ones with Sales Professionals and implement goals to achieve sales and gross profit targets
Conduct sales meetings, provide in-depth training, and model proven sales processes (meet & greet, CNA, demos, desking, non-negotiation value selling)
Monitor and coach performance, CRM usage, lead follow-up, and defector retention
Appraise trade-ins accurately, build proposals professionally, and present customer vouchers confidently
Oversee new inventory, sales forecasting, and 75-day supply turn
Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly
Partner with General Sales Manager to maintain and enforce dealership policies
✅What You Bring:
Demonstrated success in leading and motivating high-performance sales teams
Background in One-Person selling
, Automotive Sales Management, F&I, or Used Car Management
Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of departmental financials
CRM fluency and working knowledge of automotive platforms and software
Outstanding communication skills: emotionally intelligent, clear, respectful, persuasive
Track record of meeting objectives and managing time, budgets, and personnel effectively
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record required
Proactive leadership and team development
Market awareness and inventory control
Customer-first mindset and retention strategies
Hands-on sales involvement including closing, desking, and negotiation alternatives
Data-driven decision-making and forecasting
