As a Senior Director, you will partner with Design, Merchandising, Brand, Express Lane, GEL, and Geo teams to deliver executional excellence. The Senior Director leads a diverse team of product managers and collaborates across functions to shape Nike’s most iconic footwear franchises globally.

- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
- 15+ years of experience in product management or related fields.
- Demonstrated success in leading and empowering high‑impact teams.
- Proven ability to lead global strategies for iconic brands.
- Strong cross‑functional leadership and team development skills.
- Expertise in marketplace segmentation and consumer journey mapping.
- Ability to travel internationally up to 20%
The Senior Director, NSW Icons, Global Footwear will lead the global vision and strategy for Nike’s most iconic footwear franchises, including Air Force 1, Classic Air Max Portfolio, BRS Running, and Retro Basketball. You will ensure they remain expressive, relevant, and scalable for future generations. You’ll drive innovation, cultural storytelling, and product excellence across the globe.
- Own end‑to‑end strategy and product creation for Nike’s heritage icons.
- Architect compelling product journeys blending seasonal drops and storytelling.
- Activate global storytelling through marketplace segmentation and distribution.
- Partner across functions to ensure executional excellence and cultural relevance.
- Build and lead a high‑performing, diverse team of product managers.
