Contract Length: Currently through February 28th - Will see quarterly extensions - Long Term Contract
Rate: 50-55/hour
Location: Beaverton, OR (4 days onsite)
Time Off: 15 Days of PTO
Paid Holidays: 11
Qualifications- 5+ years of operations, project, studio, or program management.
- Strong knowledge of sports, entertainment, and pop culture.
- Project management experience is a must.
- Fast-paced environment requires a dedicated self-starter and executor.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills required.
- A business builder that can plan and execute with strong analytical abilities and translate insights into strategic and tactical plans.
- Proven leadership skills in managing/influencing teams and implementing key business initiatives.
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Keynote and Air Table a must.
The Producer is responsible for the operational effectiveness and wellbeing of all work streams within the Global Archives Studios. This includes but is not limited to: tracking all studio work streams, managing end-to-end processes from intake through delivery, project resourcing, inputting into shared tools and reports, problem-solving, and bringing cross-functional teams and studios together to review, strategize, and brainstorm for the betterment of the enterprise.
The Producer will report directly to the Studio Director.
The Producer is responsible for partnership and communication between key functional leaders within the broader Global Archives Team. The Producer will sit on the leadership team and will manage the expectations on project timelines and deliverables, vetting briefs as they come into the studio and creating and maintaining processes to ensure the functionality and continued success of the studio. The Producer will work closely with all creative contributors within the Archives Studio, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brief, and connects relevant work streams.
The Producer will elevate risks to appropriate stakeholders through final delivery and lead communication to broader leadership teams across the organization.
- Studio Alignment:
Drive visibility and communication across all work streams. - Tool Management:
Ongoing upkeep of key tools on behalf of the Global Archives Studio. - Weekly Project Status Meetings:
Facilitate productive and collaborative weekly project status meetings in close partnership with the Studio Director. - Brief Intake:
Ensure all projects coming into the studio are tight, clear, and serve key stakeholders. Align with the Studio Director and/or Studio Leadership Team before moving forward. - Process Creation and Implementation:
Lead the clarification, creation, and establishment of operational processes to drive the overall success of the studio. Ensure that established processes are implemented and maintained across various teams and projects. - Project Ownership:
Take ownership of specific projects, acting as the captain to drive them forward and ensure successful execution.
