General Manager; In Training - Fitness, Nutrition, Retail

The Opportunity:

My Fit Foods is hiring a General Manager in Training (GMT) for our Cedar Hills location.

This role is designed for a high-potential leader who wants a clear, structured path to General Manager. You will work directly alongside one of the top-performing GMs in the company while receiving hands-on coaching from executive leadership. You will lead daily execution, coach team members in real time, and learn how to run a disciplined, people-first business at a high level.

This is not a task-management role it’s a leadership development role built for someone who wants to own outcomes and grow fast.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead by example with presence, effort, and energy
• Foster an elite, people-first team culture
• Support the GM in daily execution, hiring, training, and development
• Run opening and closing shifts with full leadership responsibility
• Coach team members through ongoing feedback and accountability
• Train new hires with clear expectations and standards
• Own key routines: inventory, food safety, cleanliness, scheduling
• Execute local marketing and grassroots outreach
• Lead effective 1-on-1s focused on growth and performance
• Participate in weekly leadership meetings and performance reviews
• Work directly with executive leadership and receive hands-on coaching
