Beaverton, OR (Hybrid). Join our client, where you will lead a major retail transformation in the sports-specialty sector. The role involves managing complex projects, coordinating with multiple vendors, and ensuring timely, budget-friendly installations. It is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with experience in retail and project management.
- Lead the comprehensive project plan for retail transformations, managing scope, timelines, and risk mitigation.
- Oversee vendor coordination to meet deadlines and brand standards, ensuring installations are on time and within budget.
- Manage fixture procurement and order processes, collaborating with sourcing, finance, and logistics teams.
- Serve as the central point for project communication, maintaining a single source of truth for all stakeholders.
- Drive cross-functional meetings and checkpoints, addressing roadblocks promptly.
- Measure project outcomes and provide progress reports.
- 5-10+ years in managing complex retail or experiential projects, with a focus on multi-location rollouts.
- Proven success in managing schedules, risk logs, and vendor coordination.
- Ability to translate creative concepts into actionable plans.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Air Table, Excel, and Tableau.
- Strong vendor management and operational skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree required, plus experience in the retail industry.
