Change Manager – Portland, Oregon
North Highland is a leading change and transformation consultancy. We are seeking a Change Manager to help transform business strategy into reality by building lasting solutions. This role is hybrid – 4 days a week onsite.
SummaryAs the Senior Change Manager, you will support the execution of a change strategy for an enterprise transformation initiative, ensuring successful rollout and adoption of new digital processes across the organization.
You Will- Lead change management activities to drive employee engagement and adoption.
- Develop change management materials for strategic communications and training plans.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and address barriers to change.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to project stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a calm, proactive approach to change in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
- Relevant experience in change management or communications, preferably in consulting or professional services.
- Management Consulting experience.
- Prosci Certification or comparable change management certification.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to move work forward.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
