This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and optimize Purchase to Pay processes within Nike’s Global Purchase to Pay (P2P) organization. The position reports to the Senior Manager Invoice to Pay and works closely with Nike’s Managed Service Provider (MSP) to standardize and improve P2P execution.

The Global P2P organization delivers shared services to support Nike’s growth through scalable, optimized processes. The team values diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement, focusing on service delivery excellence.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, supply chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Experience in P2P process delivery and/or broader operational process management.
• Proven cultural acuity and ability to work across large, diverse teams.
• Experience with procurement/payables processes, including Coupa and SAP.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage internal customers, stakeholders, and external suppliers.
• Self- directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading and managing cross-functional projects or programs.
• Formal project management qualifications desired.

• Provide process leadership to Global P2P operations and cross-functional partners, acting as the main liaison between P2P, Procurement, Controlling, Treasury, and business units.
• Collaborate with the MSP’s Global and Geo Leads on service delivery activities requiring process insight, ensuring effective problem resolution and performance improvement.
• Oversee operations, training, and education to build MSP team acumen toward a global standard P2P support model.
• Partner with Geo Leads to stay current on standards and regulations, providing localization recommendations.
• Own and drive escalated incidents and issues to resolution, conducting root-cause analysis and recommending process improvements.
• Evaluate process improvement opportunities and work with the Global Process Owner to develop global standards, serving as the process champion for your defined area.
• Help develop and evolve Global P2P policies and procedures.
• Maintain strong relationships with global/regional partners and Nike suppliers.
• Support process control oversight and internal/external audit investigations.

Location:

Beaverton, OR (Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area). Salary range: $85,000.00–$95,000.00.
