Branch Manager

As the Branch Manager for our Cairns store, first and foremost, you will be a natural leader. You will have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a wealth of life experience to nurture an open work culture that is in line with our values.

Leading from the front, you'll work closely with your team to ensure exceptional service to our customers who are the lifeblood of the electrical industry in Australia!

• Engage with customers, suppliers and sales teams to cultivate strong long-term working relationships.
• Coach, lead and communicate key priorities to your team to create an inclusive culture and build high levels of engagement.
• Direct the branch operations to exceed sales, margin, profit and service targets.
• Oversee financial management of the branch, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities to grow the branch's market share.
• Implement and maintain high standards of customer service excellence throughout the branch.

• Strong operational background and excellent understanding of the supply chain process
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills and be commercially astute
• Proven track record of successfully managing a branch or retail outlet, preferably in the electrical or related industry
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet financial targets
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, suppliers, and team members
