Mobile Maintenance Technician II

Princeton Property Management is looking for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Tech II to join our team at the West Royal and London Pointe Apartments!

We’re seeking someone with property maintenance experience who’s skilled, reliable, and ready to make a difference in our communities. If you’re passionate about property maintenance and enjoy working across multiple sites, we’d love to hear from you!

Monday through Friday - The wage range depending on experience is $27.00 to $30.00. All offers will vary based on applicant experience, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Also offered are a monthly $85.00 phone, $150 auto reimbursement, and bonus opportunities.

Skills and experience we are looking for
:

Experience in property or apartment maintenance is required, including minor electrical, plumbing, drywall and appliance repair.

• Maintain clean exterior of grounds, including adjacent streets, which affects curb appeal daily.
• Maintain common, garbage dumpster and trash receptacle areas.
• Complete apartment turns.
• Complete resident maintenance requests promptly and thoroughly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working area.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections.
