Seven West at the Trails has an immediate opening for an entry‑level Groundskeeper. The Groundskeeper plays a critical role in maintaining the physical aspects of the community, ensuring grounds, amenities, and curb appeal meet standards and providing support to the service team.

What your day might look like

• Maintain and inspect community spaces and entrances/exits throughout the day.
• Remove debris and clean outdoor areas.
• Work with the property team to remove trash and remaining items from vacant apartments before make‑ready.
• Pull out and in trash and recycle containers on a weekly basis per schedule.
• Maintain sanitation in trash rooms.
• Distribute notices and communication to residents as needed.

What we are looking for

• Previous groundskeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in safe use of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

• Stand, walk, sit for extended periods; bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas.
• Work inside and outside in all weather conditions.
• Pusher, pull, lift, carry weights up to 25 lbs independently and 50 lbs with assistance.
• Rare or regular travel may be required to assist other properties.
• Work flexible schedule including call evenings, weekends and holidays.
