Supply Chain Planner

Supply Chain & Logistics – Supply Planner (Contract)

Beaverton, OR (Onsite/Hybrid)

Duration: 6-Month Contract

We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Planner to support a major Distribution Center (DC) transition project
, involving inventory movement from legacy facilities to new DC locations. This role will play a critical part in supply coordination, inventory planning, and cross-regional collaboration with teams across North America and Japan.

• Support DC transition activities including system cutovers and inventory movements
• Coordinate new material purchases and supply planning execution
• Lead DC ramp-down/ramp-up activities, including STOs and inbound readiness
• Monitor daily/weekly inventory and supply risks
• Track PO, inbound volume, and inventory across legacy and new plant codes
• Partner cross-functionally to stabilize post Go-Live operations
• Maintain documentation and support knowledge transfer

• Advanced Excel & data analysis skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, heavy data execution)
• 3+ years of experience in Supply & Inventory Planning
• Strong attention to detail

• Experience working with international teams
• Self-starter with ability to meet tight timelines

You will support the APLA Supply & Inventory Planning team as part of a major transformation program focused on inbound operations, DC-to-DC transitions, and inventory management improvements.
