Consumer Product and Innovation (CP&I) enables the digital transformation of Nike’s Creation and Innovation teams through technology. In close partnership with the Consumer, Product, Brand, Marketplace Ops (CPBMO) team, we use the power of digital capabilities (data, technology, processes, and talent) to fuel a consumer-led, digitally native product and creation ecosystem. The CP&I Product Management team is looking for a Director of Product Management to lead our Product Creation team and our mission to deliver a seamless and intuitive product creation ecosystem that meets user and business needs while delivering tangible value. This Director provides leadership, guidance, and support to a team of Product Management professionals in addition to demonstrating and coaching standard methodologies, behaviors, and principles of effective digital product management.

We are looking for a highly analytical, creative, consumer and user-obsessed individual who can simultaneously understand the big picture and have a strong command of the details of sophisticated scope and landscape.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of people-first leadership, delivering quantifiable results, and bringing large cross-functional technology products and solutions to life.

You will help craft, lead, and implement the Product Creation product vision and strategy, the roadmap, and the end-to-end lifecycle of several product areas, and help identify and scope new opportunities to drive speed, efficiency, usability, and value. This will be based on solid understanding of technology, data, platforms, and 3D pipelines, as well as product creation user and business needs, enabling Nike creation teams to focus more on products than processes, while enabling the organization to more efficiently operate and scale.

You will lead a product space along with other leaders and product spaces including Product Merchandising, Materials and Color, Platforms as well as other functions such as Design and Production, Development, Data Management and Governance.
