Platform and Publishing Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Platform and Publishing Manager with a strong problem-solving mindset. This individual will confidently own their portion of the publishing process, ensure accuracy across multiple platforms, and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders.

As the Platform and Publishing Manager, you will support multiple platforms serving diverse global audiences. Your primary focus will be ensuring content is accurately tracked, translated, published, and maintained across systems.

• Coordinate content translations and track progress
• Publish materials across platforms (Track App, Zero, Box)
• Ensure all language versions are uploaded, updated, and accurate
• Build and maintain program dashboards
• Create achievement structures for global teams
• Partner with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and support feature setup

• Track content ownership and update history
• Maintain governance and lifecycle management
• Archive outdated content
• Ensure Airtable statuses remain current

• Set up seasonal content structures and folders
• Ensure translations are completed and published

• Develop weekly and monthly training calendars
• Support multiple regions and store types
• Communicate updates to cross-functional teams

• Manage partner access to content hubs
• Support onboarding and user setup
• Collaborate with technical teams for system access

• Send weekly newsletters highlighting newly published content
• Maintain alignment with global and regional teams
• Partner closely with Training and Service teams

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners including:

• Training and Service
• Store Operations
• Stores Partner teams
• Technology teams
• Geo platform owners

You will serve as a key point of contact to ensure platforms remain operational and up to date.

• Minimum 3 years of platform and publishing management experience
• Retail experience preferred but not required
• Strong organizational and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work streams
• Proficiency in tools such as Airtable, Box, Outlook, Slack
• Experience with or ability to learn eLMS tools (Zunos)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a self-directed, fast-moving environment
• Experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional organization

• Minimum 3 years of platform and publishing management experience
• Proactive and strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders
