Job Title: Platform and Publishing Manager
Location: Washington County OR 97005 (Onsite)
Duration: 14+ months (Possible Extension)
Pay Range: $42/hr - $44/hr.
Role OverviewThe Platform and Publishing Manager plays a critical role in ensuring training and operational content is accurately published, localized, and delivered on time across multiple global platforms supporting Stores. This role owns key components of the publishing lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional partners, managing platform governance, and driving clarity across complex workflows in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused, with strong communication skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity while supporting multiple stakeholders and programs.
Key Responsibilities Content Publishing & Localization- Coordinate content translations and track progress across global programs.
- Publish and maintain accurate content across multiple platforms (e.g., Track App, Zero, Box).
- Ensure all language versions are uploaded, updated, and consistently maintained.
- Build and maintain program dashboards and achievement structures used by global teams.
- Partner with technical teams to troubleshoot platform issues and support feature setup.
- Govern the content lifecycle by tracking ownership, update history, and relevance.
- Regularly archive outdated content across platforms and ensure Airtable statuses are current and accurate.
- Set up seasonal content structures, folders, and video libraries.
- Manage Go-To-Market video distribution and ensure required translations are completed and published on time.
- Create and manage weekly and monthly training calendars for multiple geographies and store formats.
- Verify content readiness and communicate publishing status to cross-functional partners.
- Set up and manage partner access to content hubs and platforms.
- Collaborate with technical teams to support onboarding and resolve access-related issues.
- Produce and distribute weekly newsletters highlighting newly published training and operational content.
- Maintain ongoing communication with global and regional partners to ensure visibility, alignment, and progress tracking.
- Partner closely with Training and Service teams to remain aligned on content timelines and priorities.
- Work closely with Global Stores partners including Training & Service, Store Operations and Technology teams.
- Serve as a point of contact for Geo teams responsible for managing regional platforms and content.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in platform and publishing management.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple work streams and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proficiency with collaboration and project tools such as Airtable, Box, Outlook, Slack, and similar platforms.
- Excellent verbal, written, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work independently in a self-directed environment and navigate ambiguity.
- Experience driving clarity and alignment in a highly cross-functional, matrixed organization.
- Retail experience (helpful but not required).
- Experience with or ability to quickly learn eLMS tools such as Zunos.
- Background supporting global or multi-region teams and content platforms.
