User Experience; UX Designer

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to support a large-scale Insights Marketplace initiative within a Data & Analytics Engineering organization. This role requires strong collaboration across Product Management, Engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful, user-centered enterprise experiences that drive adoption and engagement at scale.

• Lead discovery workshops and translate user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and scalable design systems
• Create and maintain a unified design language for consistent layouts, interactions, and branding
• Design role-based personalized layouts and recommendation flows
• Develop mobile-first executive and leadership experiences
• Ensure seamless integration with KPI/metric services, BI dashboards, and data products
• Partner with Engineering to ensure feasible and technically aligned designs
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies
• Measure success through engagement, adoption, and satisfaction metrics

• Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
• 8+ years of UI/UX experience (enterprise-scale digital products)
• Wire framing and prototyping for complex applications
• Outstanding communication skills (Top Priority Soft Skill)
• Experience in matrix organizations / multi-squad environments
• Agile methodology experience
• Strong understanding of brand consistency & global design guidelines

• Exposure to personalization frameworks & recommendation systems
• Knowledge of accessibility & inclusive design standards
