Job DescriptionParadigm is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) for our client in the legal industry to drive strategic initiatives and complex technical programs across cross‑functional teams. This role ensures successful delivery of high‑impact projects by aligning stakeholders, managing risks, go‑to‑market plans, and program schedules to ensure timely delivery.
Type: 1 year contract

As a Technical Program Manager you will:
- Lead end‑to‑end execution of technical programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
- Partner with engineering, product, design, and operations teams to define scope, milestones, and success metrics
- Drive program planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple teams and geographies
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve cross‑functional issues, and ensure timely delivery of program objectives
- Champion agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices
- Develop and maintain program documentation, dashboards, and executive‑level reporting
- Provide regular updates to executive leadership through steering committees and governance forums
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships as needed
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
Our skills and experience wish list includes:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field or similar years of experience in program management
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, product operations, or engineering leadership
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross‑functional programs in a fast‑paced environment
- Outstanding communication skills with a variety of clients, internal partners and executives
- Strong technical acumen (Cloud, APIs, data platforms understanding) combined with Agile/Scrum methodologies and KPI tracking
- Microsoft ecosystem experience:
Azure Dev Ops, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, and Office 365 - Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent certifications strongly preferred
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment
- Occasional travel may be required based on program needs (typically once a quarter)
