• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Design, or related field
• 12+ years of experience designing mobile apps, ideally for hardware products
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end design for consumer-facing digital products
• Expertise in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping platforms
• Experience collaborating with engineering and QA teams in Agile environments
• Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile app design, hardware-connected experiences, and design system work
• Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive clarity through organized, actionable design steps
• Comfortable presenting and facilitating discussions with senior leadership
• Experience with App creation with wearables for workout/sports (ex. Fitbit, Peloton, Apple watch)
• Experience with hardware/app creation with products like Alexa, Google Nest, Ring, etc. also a good fit.
