Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid: 4 Days onsite and 1 day remote)

Duration: 24 months (Possible Extension)

This project is about building a next-generation Client's wearable, where watch apps, mobile apps, connected hardware, and cloud services work together to deliver real-time athlete experiences.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine product requirements and user stories
• Translate research insights into actionable product features and development tasks
• Partner with software to explore and define implementation approaches that bring product features to life — actively contributing to how solutions are built
• Track progress, manage dependencies, and elevate risks across dev teams
• Lead agile ceremonies across multiple teams and time zones, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
• Coordinate delivery of Native iOS and Android apps with BLE integration, near real-time data display, and firmware OTA capabilities
• Coordinate delivery of Watch
  
  OS and WearOS apps with standalone functionality
• Coordinate delivery of microservices-based backend on AWS with RESTful APIs, authentication, OTA services, and analytics
• Coordinate delivery of scalable, secure data storage and ETL pipelines for ML-ready datasets
• Coordinate delivery of admin dashboards and customer support tools
• Maintain and prioritize product backlogs and roadmaps using tools like Jira and Confluence
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Agile Lead in software development environments for consumer-facing mobile apps and connected products
• Experience with design sprints and new product development best practices.
• Familiarity with BLE, firmware OTA, and AWS-based microservices
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and servant leadership skills
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred
