Location: Beaverton, OR 97005
Duration: 12 months
Pay Range: $67.33–$72.00/hr (W2, all-inclusive without benefits)
Work arrangement: Hybrid 4:1

• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine product requirements and user stories.
• Translate research insights into actionable product features and development tasks.
• Partner with software teams to define implementation approaches, actively contributing to solution design.
• Track progress, manage dependencies, and escalate risks across development teams.
• Lead agile ceremonies across multiple teams and time zones, including sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives, and demos.
• Coordinate delivery of native iOS and Android apps with BLE integration, near real‑time data display, and firmware OTA capabilities.
• Oversee Watch
  
  OS and WearOS apps, microservices‑based backend on AWS (RESTful APIs, authentication, OTA services, analytics).
• Architect scalable, secure data storage and ETL pipelines for ML‑ready datasets.
• Develop admin dashboards and customer support tools.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Agile Lead in software development environments for consumer‑facing mobile apps and connected products.
• Experience with design sprints and new product development best practices.
• Familiarity with BLE, firmware OTA, and AWS‑based microservices.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and servant leadership skills.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred.
