• Associate’s degree or equivalent and 1+ years employee benefits or HR experience is preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Knowledge of FMLA, HIPPA, COBRA, and ERISA preferred.
• Strong PC skills (specifically Word and Excel) required and HRIS or system experience.
• Excellent written/verbal/interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and strong attention to detail.
• Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality required.

• Prolonged periods of sitting. Standing at desk working on computer as needed.
• Repetitive hand, wrist, and finer activities to conduct work on computer and phones.
• Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality required to support.
• Flexible schedule may occasionally be required based on business needs.
• Travel only as directed by Total Rewards Manager – less than 10%.
