Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a prestigious hospitality environment, where professionalism and attention to detail are valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that Hilton cleanliness and maintenance standards are consistently met
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and policies to optimize efficiency and quality
  • Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service
  • Conduct inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Manage inventory of linnins, cleaning supplies, and equipment, ensuring cost-effective procurement and usage
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special requests and maintain a seamless guest experience
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally
  • Monitor departmental budgets and prepare reports on performance metrics
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality standards
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality management training is a plus
