- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to handle highly confidential information.
- Completion of national registration, certification or licensure.
- Previous comparable experience.
- Experience as a pharmacy technician supporting company health and wellness initiatives.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and company policies.
- Current national and/or state registration, certification or license (depending on state requirements).
- Assisting pharmacist in all responsibilities except those requiring a pharmacist's professional judgment.
- Providing a stellar customer experience while accurately and efficiently completing reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing.
- Supporting the coaching and training of clerks and/or technicians.
- Compounding medications according to state and other regulations.
- Performing post-fill audits to verify prescription information matches computer records.
- Supporting non-dispensing services through various platforms, resources, and applications.
- Completing all aspects of CLIA-waived screenings consistent with state and federal law and company policies.
- Providing additional health and wellness services allowed by state and regulatory bodies.
- Complying with and reinforcing all sanitation and safety regulations, guidelines, procedures and programs per company and regulatory standards and reporting unsafe conditions.
- Reporting illegal activity, including robbery, theft or fraud.
- Performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
