• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Completion of national registration, certification or licensure.

• Previous comparable experience.
• Experience as a pharmacy technician supporting company health and wellness initiatives.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and company policies.
• Current national and/or state registration, certification or license (depending on state requirements).
• Assisting pharmacist in all responsibilities except those requiring a pharmacist's professional judgment.
• Providing a stellar customer experience while accurately and efficiently completing reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing.
• Supporting the coaching and training of clerks and/or technicians.
• Compounding medications according to state and other regulations.
• Performing post-fill audits to verify prescription information matches computer records.
• Supporting non-dispensing services through various platforms, resources, and applications.
• Completing all aspects of CLIA-waived screenings consistent with state and federal law and company policies.
• Providing additional health and wellness services allowed by state and regulatory bodies.
• Complying with and reinforcing all sanitation and safety regulations, guidelines, procedures and programs per company and regulatory standards and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Reporting illegal activity, including robbery, theft or fraud.
• Performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
