Occupational Therapist - Rehabilitation at Providence.

• Manages and provides skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient s special physical or age-related needs.
• Performs patient/client evaluation and treatment, and provides professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual functional level and potential.

• Bachelor s Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
• Master s Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or
• Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or equivalent education/experience
• Coursework/Training:
  Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need or equivalent education/experience
• Upon hire:
  Oregon Occupational Therapist License
• Upon hire:
  National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Pay Range: $44.67 - $69.35. This base pay range may be supplemented by shift differentials, on-call, overtime, premiums, or incentive opportunities depending on experience and job location.
