Occupational Therapist - Rehabilitation at Providence.
Responsibilities- Manages and provides skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient s special physical or age-related needs.
- Performs patient/client evaluation and treatment, and provides professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual functional level and potential.
- Bachelor s Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Master s Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or
- Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program or equivalent education/experience
- Coursework/Training:
Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need or equivalent education/experience - Upon hire:
Oregon Occupational Therapist License - Upon hire:

Pay Range: $44.67 - $69.35. This base pay range may be supplemented by shift differentials, on-call, overtime, premiums, or incentive opportunities depending on experience and job location.
