Your next school-based opportunity awaits in Beaverton, OR! Ampersand Therapy, a woman and therapist run company, is hiring Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs). We’re looking for a dedicated and collaborative therapists who are passionate about helping young learners thrive in the school setting.

• In-person only, Beaverton, OR
• Part-time (0.5 FTE, 20 hours a week)
• February-May 2026 (LOA coverage)
• High School caseload
• Provide speech evaluations, treatments, and progress documentation
• Participate in IEPs and collaborate with school Special Education teams

• Current or eligible for Oregon Speech Language Pathology License
• Experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Rates: $50-65/hour
• W-2 employment
