Hair Stylist

Overview

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Hair Stylist or Barber to work at a retail company’s global headquarters wellness center located in Beaverton, OR.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and hair services to members and guests upon arrival and throughout their visit.
• Utilize, maintain, and conduct inventory of necessary supplies and products in alignment with Oregon health code standards.
• Keep workstation clean and fully sanitized in accordance with Oregon Board of Cosmetology standards, ensuring it is properly reset and stocked after each shift.
• Recommend service enhancements or retail products based on availability to elevate the guest experience and support their individual needs.

• Hold a current Oregon State Hairstylist or Barber license in good standing.
• Minimum of one year experience as a hair stylist, barber, or related role.
• Experience in cutting, styling, and coloring hair using a variety of tools, with the ability to customize services to each client’s unique needs.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of customer service principles and compliance with Oregon’s service quality standards and regulations.
• Possess a strong understanding of the hair industry and excellent interpersonal skills to network, engage, and build rapport with clients, guests, and participants.
• Ability to recommend new trends and products relevant to local clientele.
