The Springs Living is seeking a strategic and detail-driven Cash Management & Treasury Manager to lead and elevate our treasury operations across multiple legal entities. This role plays a critical part in safeguarding the organization’s financial strength by ensuring optimal liquidity, accurate forecasting, strong internal controls, and efficient banking structures. As a key member of the finance team, you will oversee daily cash operations, manage intercompany funding, strengthen banking relationships, and implement best-in-class treasury practices.
Your work will provide leadership with clear financial visibility and actionable insights that support smart decision‑making and long‑term growth. - Manage daily cash positions across all entities, ensuring optimal liquidity and appropriate funding.
- Develop and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts, analyzing variances and providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Oversee all banking relationships, including account management, fee optimization, and compliance with internal controls.
- Manage intercompany funding, settlements, and related treasury documentation.
- Ensure strong treasury controls, including payment oversight, fraud prevention, segregation of duties, and audit readiness.
- Monitor and optimize outgoing payments in partnership with AP and Payroll to improve timing and reduce costs.
- Lead treasury process improvements, automation initiatives, and system enhancements across the organization.
- Support onboarding of new entities into standardized treasury structures and practices.
- Maintain accurate treasury documentation, policies, and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned and ensure leadership is informed of significant treasury risks or issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 5–10 years of treasury or cash management experience.
- Experience with in a multi‑entity organization strongly preferred.
- Experience managing complex banking relationships.
- Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) preferred.
- Strong understanding of liquidity management, banking products, and payment systems.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Understanding of internal controls and compliance requirements.
