Senior Financial Analyst
Salary: $90,000 – $115,000
Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Location: Beaverton - Hybrid
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making in a fast-paced, global environment. This role partners closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver clear financial insights and support business performance. Reports to the FP&A Director in their East Coast office.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting and analysis for U.S. and international stakeholders
- Perform variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability assessments
- Build and maintain financial models for scenario planning, pricing, and capital investments
- Partner with operations, sales, supply chain, IT, and HR on strategic initiatives
- Support process improvements, automation, and reporting efficiencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; BI tool experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP; IFRS or international reporting experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global reporting environment
