• 8+ years of experience as a Controller
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Applied/Epic, a major plus!

This is a high-impact position for someone ready to own financial operations end to end. As Controller, you’ll shape how this organization grows — financially and operationally.

You’ll lead the monthly close and financial reporting process, with oversight of the P&L as well as carrier and commission accounting. A central focus of the role is strengthening and streamlining financial workflows, improving efficiency, reducing risk, and creating clearer financial insight across the organization.

In collaboration with senior leadership, you’ll work to align financial strategy with company goals, translating data into practical, decision-ready information. In addition, you’ll ensure compliance standards are met, oversee payroll processing, and implement thoughtful risk‑mitigation practices that support sustainable growth.
