Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to join our Central Financial Planning Team for Real Estate as an Analyst in Beaverton, Oregon. This entry-level position will serve as a key member of the finance team working on financial planning and analysis across Corporate Functions, specifically Nike’s corporate real estate portfolio. To be successful, you need to be curious about financial analysis, enjoy analytical work, thrive in ambiguity, be a self-starter, be committed, and results-driven and be excited about the Nike brand.
Whatyou will work on
If this is you, you will be part of our centralized finance working with real estate leaders on financial analysis, providing them with the information they need to drive business decisions. You will supervise past performance, ensure financial systems are up to date, prepare presentation materials and support the team on additional projects.
You should expect to work with different members of the team.
Responsibilities include:
- Financial Planning / Operating Costs Management: actual reporting of financial performance and preparing budgets; partnering with leaders on business cases
- Corporate Investment Office: support teams on the preparation of project business cases and committee materials
- Financial Analysis: preparing scenario/sensitivity analysis for future investments
You will be part of the broader Global Investments team, reporting to the Senior Manager GPS Finance. We are passionate about operating costs management and long-term planning in real estate.
What you bring- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, business or a related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
- 2 years’ experience in accounting, financial modeling, and financial statement analysis preferred
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and a combination of exceptional analytical skills, financial competence, and creative problem-solving abilities
- Ability to proactively manage several priorities, delivering work with high quality and outstanding attention to detail.
