As the Quality Engineer, come and be
** r
* * esponsible for implementation, execution and maintenance of ISO 17025 based quality management system for the WW customer service organization.
** Responsibilities:
*** Review, audit, and assess calibration and test processes, and quality management systems.
* Plan and conduct internal and external audits and manage audit corrective actions.
* Administer quality tools and processes, including document control, management review, customer complaints, QMS training, and vendor evaluation.
* Provide advice on quality issues to multiple laboratories.
* Perform engineering and statistical analyses of calibration data.
* Coordinate with internal and external departments, including equipment manufacturers and accrediting bodies.
* Travel domestically and internationally (25% of the time).

* Qualifications:

*** 2 years of Quality and/or Metrology experience.
* Extensive knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001, and ANSI/NCSL Z540.1/Z540.3.
* Experience with calibration and test methods, and laboratory operations.
* Proficiency in problem-solving methods (PSP, 5-Why, 8-D) and internal auditing (ASQ CQA preferred).
* Practical experience in evaluating measurement uncertainty.
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering or five years of experience in metrology.
* Ability to travel internationally.#LI-RB
