Thisincludesplanning,design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.

+ Manage all areas regarding the installation of tools in testing and R&D environments.

+ Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project deliveryresourcerequirements,cost estimates&budget,workplanschedule&milestones,quality control,and risk identification.

+ Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conductastandardrequestforproposals,completebidevaluations,andrecommendresourcestoclients.

+ Implementprojectdocumentationgovernancethatisalignedwithcompanyandclientrequirements.

+ Ensureprojectdataintegrityanddocumentationisaccurate,timely,and coordinated.

+ Directtheprojectdeliveryteambyprovidingguidanceanddirectiontoachievegoals.

+ Createactionplanstomeetobjectives,budget,and schedule.

Tracktheprogressofeachprojectandreport status and variances.

+ Demonstrateabilitytoidentifyprojectthreatsanddevelopriskmitigationandcontingencyplans.

Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.

+ Applyin-depthknowledgeofstandardprinciplesandtechniques/procedurestoaccomplishcomplex assignments and provide innovative solutions.

Inlieuofadegree,acombinationof experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.

+ Additional preference will be given to those candidates with prior MEP experience and/or prior experience with tool installation in testing and R&D environments.

+ Abilitytoexercisejudgmentbasedontheanalysisofmultiplesourcesofinformation.

+ In-depthknowledgeof
