We are looking for a hands‑on Electronics Engineer to support the manufacturing of advanced test and measurement equipment used in semiconductor and electronics design applications. This role focuses on New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining engineering, ensuring smooth transitions from design to production and maintaining high performance and reliability throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities New Product Introduction (NPI)- Collaborate with design, R&D, and manufacturing teams to support the release of new products into production.
- Assist in developing and validating manufacturing processes for electronic assemblies and systems.
- Support the design and implementation of test fixtures and procedures for new products.
- Participate in design reviews and provide input on manufacturability and testability.
- Create and maintain documentation such as work instructions, test procedures, and process flows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing production lines related to electronics performance, yield, and reliability.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for product and process issues.
- Support engineering changes, component substitutions, and obsolescence management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
- Collaborate with suppliers and cross‑functional teams to resolve technical and quality issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, test engineering, or product support.
- Solid understanding of analog and digital electronics, signal integrity, and low‑noise/high‑bandwidth systems.
- Experience using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and multimeters.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Experience in the semiconductor, instrumentation, or precision electronics industry.
- Familiarity with DFM/DFT principles and design review processes.
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB) for test automation.
- Experience with ERP/PLM systems (e.g., SAP, Agile, Oracle).
- Experience with circuit simulation or SPICE software.
- Presentation and communication skills for medium‑to‑large audiences.

Pay Range The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 65,100.
