WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORWe’re seeking a Platform and Publishing Manager who brings strong organization, takes initiative, and has a problem solving mindset. You confidently own your part of the publishing process, ensure accuracy across multiple platforms, and proactively keep stakeholders informed with clear, timely communication. You thrive in a fast‑moving environment, navigate complexity with ease, and bring a steady, solutions‑oriented approach to ensure key program material for training and operational content is accurately published.
WHATYOU WILL WORK ON
As Client Global Stores Platform and Publishing Manager, you will work across several platforms that serve different audiences and with different capabilities, with the ultimate goal to get content published accurately and on‑time. Across many key programs you will work to ensure the materials are tracking through the process – coordinate translations, build in‑app achievements and dashboards, manage seasonal releases and calendars, govern content lifecycle, and support access setup.
- Content Publishing & Localization: Coordinate content translation, track progress, and publish materials across platforms (e.g., Track App, Zero, Box). Ensure all language versions are uploaded, updated, and accurately maintained.
- Dashboard & Achievement Creation: Build and maintain program dashboards and achievement structures used by global teams. Partner with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and support feature setup.
- Content Management & Archiving: Maintain content governance by tracking ownership, update history, and relevance. Regularly archive outdated content across all platforms and ensure Airtable statuses are current.
- Seasonal & Program Launch Support: Set up new seasonal content structures, folders, and video libraries. Manage Goto Market video distribution and ensure all required translations are completed and published.
- Training Calendar Production: Create weekly and monthly training calendars for multiple geographic regions and store types. Verify content availability and communicate status updates to cross‑functional teams.
- Access & Network Administration: Set up and manage partner access to content hubs, collaborate with technical teams, and ensure seamless onboarding for new users.
- Communication & Weekly Updates: Send weekly newsletters summarizing newly published content and training material. Maintain strong communication with global and regional partners to ensure alignment and visibility. Work closely with the Training and Service team to stay up to date and aligned on the progress of content.
You will partner closely with individuals and teams across Global Stores, such as Training and Service, Store Operations, Client Stores Partner (NSP), and Tech teams to ensure the platforms are operational and up to date. Also, be the point of contact for Geo teams that own and manage their respective platforms.
