Communications Coordinator 3

Pay: $42–$44/hour

Hours: Monday–Friday; 8AM–5PM

Location: Beaverton, OR 97005, must be local

Duration: 3 month contract, highly likelihood of extension.

Overview

Seeking an experienced Platform and Publishing professional to support project-based initiatives within a fast-paced global retail environment. This onsite hybrid role (Fridays remote) requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and prior experience supporting large-scale publishing platforms. Previous Nike experience is required. Local candidates only. High likelihood of extension.

Job Description
  • Coordinate content translation, track localization progress, and publish materials across multiple platforms (Track App, Zero, Box).
  • Ensure all language versions are uploaded, updated, and accurately maintained.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and achievement structures used by global teams.
  • Partner with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and support feature setup.
  • Govern content lifecycle including ownership tracking, updates, and archiving outdated materials.
  • Maintain Airtable status updates and ensure content governance accuracy.
  • Support seasonal program launches including folder structures, video libraries, and Go-To-Market distribution.
  • Produce weekly and monthly training calendars across multiple regions and store types.
  • Verify content readiness and communicate status updates to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Manage partner access to content hubs and support onboarding processes.
  • Send weekly communications summarizing newly published content and training materials.
  • Collaborate with Global Stores teams including Training and Service, Store Operations, NSP, and Tech partners.
Required Skills
  • Minimum 3 years of platform and publishing management experience.
  • Strong communication skills; proactive and solutions-oriented.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and critical thinking abilities.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and work streams.
  • Proficiency with Air Table, Box, Outlook, Slack, and similar tools.
  • Experience with or ability to learn eLMS tools (Zunos).
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
