Shift: 15 This position offers a balanced schedule with clinic hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Additionally, there is a manageable call schedule, with call coverage needed from 5:00 PM to 9:00 AM on weekdays and from 5:00 PM on Friday to 8:00 AM on Monday for weekend call. Support Staff:
Registered Nurses: 3 Medical Assistants: 2 Physician Assistants/Nurse Practitioners: 2 Office Staff: 2 Credentialing Details:

Eligible (Board Certified preferred) Licenses
Required:
Active license in Oregon BLS Certification:
