Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years' minimum experience required in a product design role

• Top must-have skills include the following:
o Adobe Illustrator expertise
o Keynote
o Photoshop
o Collaborative in nature

• Desired soft skills:
o Great listening skills
o Good at taking direction
o Proactive
o Ability to work well with teammates with agility and flexibility

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

o CLO experience
o A deep understanding of material creation and apparel construction
o Ability to stay within budget parameters
