Role Overview

Position: Product Designer
Duration: 4‑Month Contact Role
Location: Beaverton, OR (WFH Fridays)

  • Deep understanding of material creation and apparel construction

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and develop products from conception to retail, meeting consumer and account needs
  • Ideate and vision new performance‑based products, delivering competitive market advantages
  • Collaborate with product creation to generate new product concepts across business units
  • Apply advanced research methodologies and consumer insights to inform product concepts
  • Utilize insights to elevate product through new technologies or construction processes
  • Participate in proof‑of‑concept delivery and identify product construction materials and processes
  • Engineer prototypes and independently drive ideation initiatives
  • Manage innovation projects, transforming concept ideation into reality with cross‑disciplinary teams (product creation, manufacturing, 3rd party vendors)
  • Assist in report preparation and present results/ideas at the department level
Education & Qualification Requirements

Typical requirement: Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years relevant experience.
Alternative pathways accepted:

  • PhD or Law + 1 year
  • Master’s + 0–3 years
  • Associate degree + 1–3 years;
    High School + 3–5 years
  • Degree preferred, not a hard requirement
