Customer Service Specialist

Customer Service Manager

Non-Exempt

Job Summary:

Under limited supervision, process customer orders and resolve any manufacturing/shipping issues for the specified geographical territory.

Essential Position Functions:

* Enters data for order processing.

* Communicates production information and availability to brokers and sales personnel.

* Acts as a liaison between buyer/broker and internal departments.

* Responds and documents customer feedback.

* Answers multiple line phones.

Education and Experience:

* 5+ years of customer service experience is required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

* Strong resolution capabilities.

* Must be skilled in 10-key data entry by touch with speed and accuracy.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills is required.

* PC skills/basic Excel skills are required.

Physical Demands and

Working Conditions:

* Office environment.

* Repetitive hand, wrist, and finger activities associated with computer work.
