The Guest Service Agent is responsible for processing check‑ins and check‑outs, securing payment, verifying and adjusting billing, and assisting guests with reservations and special requests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner. The role anticipates guest needs, exceeds expectations, and implements creative solutions to provide exceptional service while complying with brand standards.

• Process check‑in and check‑out procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Secure and verify payments, and reconcile billing statements.
• Respond to guest reservations, inquiries, and special requests.
• Maintain high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
• Identify and anticipate guest needs, exceeding expectations.
