- We are seeking a Product Designer – Specialized (Level
2) to support seasonal design work, primarily focused on basketball uniforms and travel systems. - This is an on-site role at WHQ with standard business hours and WFH Fridays. The position is an ETW (Extended Temporary Worker) role to support seasonal workload, with potential for extension (not guaranteed).
- The designer will work closely within a small, collaborative team and must handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Support seasonal product design initiatives related to basketball uniforms and travel systems
- Collaborate closely with a direct team of 4–5 designers and cross‑functional partners
- Execute design work using Adobe design tools and presentation software
- Incorporate feedback effectively and iterate designs based on direction received
- Maintain confidentiality across all projects and internal processes
- Ensure designs stay within defined budget parameters
- Contribute to material creation and apparel construction discussions where applicable
- Support occasional domestic travel as required for business needs
- 2–4 years of experience in a Product Design role
- Strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator
- Working proficiency in Photoshop
- Experience using Keynote for presentations
- Highly collaborative working style
- Ability to take direction and apply feedback effectively
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail
- Proactive mindset with flexibility and agility in a team environment
- Experience with CLO (3D apparel design software)
- Deep understanding of material creation and apparel construction
- Experience managing or designing within budget constraints
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
