• Graphic Designer 2 role at WHQ, focused on creating original graphic designs for print, packaging, 3D retail displays, event signage, logos, imagery, video, and collateral materials that reflect the design ethos.
• Primarily on‑site with typical work hours and WFH on Fridays, supporting projects like Olympics 2028 performance wear within a team of about 12 and cross‑functional collaboration.

• Creates original graphic designs under direction from Design management using computerized systems.
• Manages individual and group projects from concept to production, including timelines, budgets, supplier coordination, specs review, and quality standards.
• Acts as liaison with managers, outside agencies, and vendors for project details, design requirements, and purchasing.
• Provides design support to higher‑level designers, estimates costs, negotiates, and offers production alternatives to stay within budgets.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (PhD +1 yr, Master's +0-3 yrs, Associate's +1-3 yrs, High School +3-5 yrs).
• Minimum 2-4 years directly relevant graphic design work experience.
• Expertise in Adobe Suite, especially Illustrator.
• Detail‑oriented with strong project management skills.

• Experience with project management tools like Wrike or Airtable.
• Ability to draw or sketch images manually.
• Prior experience heavily preferred and prioritized.
• CLO 3D experience.
