Job Description

Oversee the construction schedule for multiple single-family homes at various stages, ensuring timely completion and quality standards. Manage material orders, communicate project status, and conduct quality control inspections.

Responsibilities

* Manage construction schedule for multiple single-family homes at different stages of construction.

* Order materials to ensure timely delivery to job sites in accordance with scheduling.

* Communicate with all designated parties regarding the status of scheduled closings and walk-throughs.

* Conduct quality control inspections on all homes under construction daily to ensure work complies with plans and meets quality standards.

* Deliver all homes within established timelines.

* Lead on-site safety and construction meetings as scheduled.

* Start and close the number of homes designated in the business plan monthly.

* Inspect all trade contractor work and supplier deliveries before approving invoices for payment.

Essential Skills

* Experience in construction, construction management, and residential construction.

* Proficiency in construction scheduling and subcontractor management.

* Ability to read blueprints.

* Capability to manage up to 20 homes simultaneously at different construction stages.

* Experience managing multiple crews/subcontractors concurrently.

* Proficiency in quality control procedures.

Additional

Skills & Qualifications

* 4+ years of production residential superintendent experience.

* Experience with completing similar homes featuring complex high-end options.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beaverton, OR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $105000.00/hr.
