Role:
Apparel Product Line Manager II
Location – Beaverton, OR (traditional hybrid model with fridays remote)
6 Month Contract
Education - Bachelor’s degree is required
Non-negotiables – Top 3 skills- Ability to access and navigate systems well – needs to be quick with learning
- Project Management experience (retail, physical project, or digital project is great)
- Sample management is key – Looking for someone who can focus on unpacking samples and getting racks ready to prepare for meetings; can lift 30 pounds
This role needs someone who wants to learn and has a high knowledge of current trends/apparel. This is a super fun team to work with, must love and understand our client culture.
HM is open to relocating candidates (travel not paid, must be here in 2 weeks notice).
Previous our client experience is required.

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of product experience or related experience in merchandising, retail or product
- Curiosity. Possess a strong desire to learn about new consumers, ideas and opportunities.
- Great eye for Trends and Product with strong style sensibility
- Proven track record of fostering a collaborative team environment
- Basic understanding of the Apparel construction and story-telling process
- Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong team player with positive attitude
- Process driven, with great organization skills
- Self-starter with ability to manage ambiguity and change

The Product Line Manager II for the North America Express Lane will support all stages of the product creation process a Product Line Manager II, you’ll help drive product and operational excellence from brief to final product approval. You will lead the product creation workflow through data managements and effective collaboration across cross functional teams. You will deliver on key dates and hold yourself accountable to be a great teammate.
The ideal candidate will help the Apparel product team uncover sharp consumer and marketplace insights to inform impactful product briefs. The PLM II will monitor progress against objectives and learn/support aspects of product management to successfully deliver the line to market.
A typical day/week includes ensuring the accuracy of information in key systems, tools, trackers, sample management, participate in meetings and providing clear communication to guide cross functional teams through critical checkpoints.
Additionally, you will also be responsible for sub-segments of apparel line and lead product creation process from initial concept through to commercialization and production of assigned models to lead to on time delivery and development according to critical dates, product specification, sustainability, performance, and profitability goals.
