- Experience supporting seasonal brand planning and execution.
- Proven track record of managing approvals, budgets, and vendor relationships.
- Experience working closely with creative, production, and brand teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Hours: Monday-Friday 9-5pm; 40 hours per week
Duration: 6-month contract
Pay Rate: $52-65/hour

Job OverviewThe Global Brand Project Manager for Global Brand Running is responsible for driving the operational health and execution of seasonal brand initiatives. This role partners closely with Creative Production, Brand Leads, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with brand vision. The ideal candidate brings strong project management discipline, cross-functional leadership, and experience managing complex creative workflows in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Seasonal Portfolio Health
- Oversee the planning, tracking, and execution of seasonal brand initiatives.
- Monitor timelines, dependencies, risks, and resourcing to ensure portfolio health and on-time delivery.
- Project Governance & Approvals
- Lead project-specific approval processes, ensuring alignment across Brand, Creative, Production, and Finance partners.
- Maintain clear documentation and decision tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
- Open and manage project-specific purchase orders (POs).
- Coordinate vendor contracts in partnership with procurement and legal teams.
- Track budgets and spend to ensure financial accuracy and accountability.
- Workback Scheduling & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Build and manage detailed workback schedules from concept through final delivery.
- Act as the connective tissue between Creative Production and Brand Leads, ensuring seamless collaboration and clear ownership.
- Proactively identify and resolve timeline conflicts or resourcing gaps.
